Cancellation & Refund Policy

Kairalishop believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered at any time. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective gift items please report the same to particular Delivery Person and/or Put a complaint to admin@kairalishop.com with proof like image of the damaged/defective gift you received.
The images shown are just indicative of the product being offered, the actual product may or may not vary from the displayed image.

Refund Policy

All gifts are delivered by our delivery team and they confirms the secure delivery of your gift to the recipient. In the event of any damage to your gift provided you notify the damage to the delivery person before he/she leaves place. We have a 100% percentage customer satisfaction guaranteed. If you or your recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order please contact our admin department immediately to ensure a prompt exchange or refund. email id is admin@kairalishop.com and Telephone number is 7034842323. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not possible once started the processing of your order.
